Terms of use for Where I Wash Laundry
Simple rules to care for your clothes, our machines, and keep the laundry clean and comfortable for everyone.
Where I Do Laundry
At Donde Yo Lavo Laundry in Vera, Almería, we want all our customers to be able to do their laundry easily and get the best possible results. To achieve this, it's important to use the washing machines and dryers correctly, follow the care instructions for each garment, and maintain basic hygiene and courtesy standards. Before using our equipment, we recommend that you review these conditions and best practices.
Our terms of use

Before washing: sort and check your clothes
Before putting your clothes in the washing machine, we recommend separating them by color and level of soiling. Proper sorting can help you achieve better results and avoid problems with items that require different care.
You should also check the labels on each item for washing and drying instructions. Don't forget to completely empty all pockets and remove papers, keys, or other items. A forgotten item can damage your clothes, affect the rest of the laundry, or cause damage inside the washing machines.
Do not add detergent or fabric softener
All our machines come with detergent and fabric softener, so you don't need to add any extra products during the wash. The system is designed to dispense the necessary products during the cycle.
Adding detergent or fabric softener yourself doesn't guarantee better results and can interfere with the washing process. Simply load the laundry correctly, respect the machine's capacity, and follow the instructions. This ensures easier operation and helps keep the machine in good working order.
Respect the capacity of washing machines and dryers
It's important not to overload washing machines or dryers. Putting in too much laundry can prevent the clothes from moving properly inside the drum and affect the washing or drying results.
You should also avoid putting in garments or items with rigid components that could damage the drums. Before you start, always check what you're going to wash and make sure it's suitable for the machine you've selected. Using the equipment correctly helps protect both your clothes and the machine.
Remove your clothes when the cycle is finished.
Please keep an eye on your program's timer and remove your laundry immediately after the cycle finishes. This way, the washer or dryer will be available for the next customer.
If the cycle has finished, you're not in the laundromat, and someone else needs to use the machine, they can carefully remove your clothes and place them in one of the designated baskets to free up the machine. Respecting the timing helps the laundromat run smoothly and avoids unnecessary waiting between customers.
Use the machines specifically designed for pets.
We have dedicated washing machines and dryers for blankets and pet accessories. These items must be washed and dried exclusively in the machines designated and identified for this service.
Do not place textiles or accessories used by animals in the machines intended for regular clothing. This separation is for hygiene and safety reasons and helps keep the rest of the equipment in better condition for all users. Please always respect the machine signage before starting.
Keep the laundry room clean and tidy
Donde Yo Lavo is a shared space, and its smooth operation depends on the cooperation of its users. We ask that you keep the premises clean and tidy during your visit and use the facilities and equipment responsibly.
Please avoid leaving unnecessary items, waste, or belongings in common areas and respect other customers' laundry. Once you've finished your laundry, please collect your belongings and leave the space ready for the next person. With small gestures, we can make the laundromat a more pleasant and comfortable experience for everyone.
Responsibility for clothing and belongings
Donde Yo Lavo Lavandería is not responsible for losses, thefts, damage caused by improper use of the machines or damage caused by objects forgotten in pockets.
Each user is responsible for checking their garments beforehand, reviewing the instructions on the labels, and ensuring that pockets are empty. It is also the user's responsibility to select the appropriate items they pack and to respect the equipment's capacity and guidelines.
Therefore, we recommend keeping an eye on your laundry and collecting both your clothes and belongings when you're finished.
